How to make Palau in easy way

 Here's a simple recipe for Palau !!!!!


Ingredients:


- 1 cup basmati rice

- 2 cups water

- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 inch cinnamon stick

- 2 cardamom pods

- 1 bay leaf

- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, corn)

- 1 cup cooked meat (e.g., chicken, beef, lamb) or beans for a vegetarian option

- Salt, to taste

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions:


1. Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the ghee or oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

3. Add the onion, garlic, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and bay leaf. Cook until the onion is translucent.

4. Add the mixed vegetables and cooked meat or beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the rice to the saucepan and stir to combine with the spices and vegetables.

6. Add the water and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and fluffy.

7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
